Great News I have finally Received Lucy M Colvin and Howell Tanner's Marriage License. It clearly shows Henry Colvin as the Father who signed for Lucy to Marry Howell and Gilly Blackburn is the one who Signed for Howell. This is Very exiting news. We can now Connect to more of the Colvin's who have done a lot of Family research!!
		Here are a couple of pictures I have had sent to me. The first is Howell and Lucy with their dog Bozie, that looks to be taken in their 80's or better. The second is one with Lucy's family. I have included names to help ID the people as they were given to me. It looks to be possibly taken in or around 1896/1897 due to the estimated age of Lee Roy.
